Behind on your books? I'll untangle the backlog; reconciling past transactions, correcting miscategorizations, and getting your records current. We'll finish with a clean slate and books you can trust.

One-time fee based on complexity and months of history

Accounts Receivable Management (Add On)

Stay on top of what you're owed. I'll track outstanding invoices, monitor aging balances, and follow up on overdue accounts so your cash flow doesn't get stuck waiting on payments.

New to Xero or QuickBooks Online? I'll configure your accounting platform correctly from day one: chart of accounts, bank feeds, settings, and all.

One-time setup fee: $150–$300 depending on complexity

Idaho Sales Tax Setup & Reconciliation (Add On)

I'll configure sales tax settings in your accounting software, categorize sales tax transactions accurately, and reconcile your sales tax liability account each month. Note: tax return filing and remittance to the state remain your responsibility or your CPA's.

I'll prepare a clean, organized year-end package for your tax professional so your CPA spends less time cleaning up and more time on your return.

$150 - $300 per year

A note on taxes: I focus exclusively on bookkeeping and don't prepare tax returns. This means I have no conflict of interest in keeping your books clean for whoever already does your taxes.

That background is what I bring to bookkeeping. I'm not just recording transactions, I'm watching your numbers the way an owner watches them.

I currently serve as Treasurer of the Oakley Valley Arts Council, where I independently migrated the organization from a legacy accounting system to Xero and built modern bookkeeping infrastructure from the ground up.

I hold Xero and QuickBooks Online certifications and work with a small roster of clients by design. You'll work directly with me. You won't be "taken care of" by a team member, not a junior associate, not an overseas contractor. Every month. Same person. Consistent, personal attention.
